Rooms are very private and very quiet, furnished with bed, table, wardrobe, light, blanket and pillow.
You share the 8 showers and 8 toilets , 2 kitchens and 2 common areas with TV/DVD/Video. The building is large, with an easy access. There is a pay phone at your own expense and one international telephone line at cost. You have WIFI Internet acces for free.

There is a very good atmosphere with international students. It is outside of Paris, only 17mn by subway to the center of Paris and the Residence is only 200 yards away from the station.
Neighborhood : green area, supermarket (100m), public market, castle (college), lake (2km), free parking place.

The deposit is 450 € for single and 600 € double rooms.

If you would like to reserve, you can send the money by bank transfert, . We confirm reservations by email upon receipt of the deposit.

ALL PAYMENT shall be by bank transfert and bank deposit, no cash accepted (for tax reason).

We accept reservations only from CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS or INTERNS.

And we are sorry but we cannot help you to get "une carte de sejour", no exception.

Rent includes utilities.

The security deposit doesn't cover the first month rent. It is refunded by bank transfert, if everything is OK. You have to pay the rent in advance at the beginning of each month. You can also pay the whole stay at your arrival.

All the rentals are one month minimum.

You can arrive any day you want , but every biweek started is due.
For example: if you're planning on staying from the 6th of April to the 7th of May, you'll be charged for the whole month of April plus half of May.

(The all month of december is due with a 10% discount if you leave in december) The first duration of the contract can only be change with the manager agreement, the full contract is due.

1. Take RER C from Orly to Choisy le Roi.
2. At Choisy le Roi station, change direction and take RER C towards Dourdan.
3. Get down Savigny-sur-Orge station.
4.The Residence is 200m from the station.

1. Take the RER B towards Robinson/St Rémy les Chevreuses to the station St Michel/Notre Dame
2. Take RER C towards Dourdan to the Savigny-sur-Orge station (20mn from St Michel)
3. Get off at Savigny-sur-Orge station.
4. The Residence is 200m from the station.

When you arrive in Paris please go directly to 39 Grande Rue, 91600 Savigny sur Orge

The Residence is situated at 17 minutes from the center of Paris by RER C every 10 mns (open from 5:00am to 1:00am).

The easiest way to travel is to buy a monthly card ("Carte orange"):
Price : 90 € for Paris and suburbs (4th zone), only 34 € more than Paris (1st zone , 56 €)
You can use it as many times as you want all month - including bus, metro and RER!

Taxi would be around 55 € one way from Notre-Dame.

The front gate of the Residence is always locked with a code.
The neighborhood is very safe. No curfew.
Please avoid bringing valuables since there is no safe and no insurance for your private property.

You can park your car for free outside the Résidence in the public parking.
